 Units series BI-RAD have been realized matching togheter as monobloc one fan-coil and one radiator.
Their utilization is mostly required in domestic application, when new building are realized and it is demanded to obtain heating in a traditional way but contemporary to have cooling: this is only one equipment utilizing heat pumps source (low energy consumption) or utilizing one chiller and one boiler.
Particular applications also related to countries having very severe winter temperature and where, in case of electric black-out, it is demanded to mantein the building at a proper temperature level, utilizing hot water from district heating.
